Refunds Policy
All of our apparel products are custom printed to order. This allows us to be more environmentally friendly by creating less waste as well as offer a large variety of designs, colors, and sizing options than what would not be possible for a small business such as ours to otherwise carry.
Ordered Wrong Color, Style, Size, etc.
Because every order is printed specifically for you, we do not carry inventory and are not able to simply re-stock items.
As such, we are not able to
offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, accidental orders of wrong sizes/colors/styles, or other similar issues. Please ensure that you double check the size and color before you place your order and refer to our size guide on each product page if unsure.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges unless your order is incorrect or you received a damaged/defective item. Please see above & below for additional information.
Orders with Manufacturing Errors or Damage
If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to connect@webconnectionz.com (mailto:connect@webconnectionz.com) with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost. Requests for replacements must be made within 30 days your order being marked as received.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without an assigned RMA# will not be accepted.
Can I return a sale item?
No, all sales are final for discounted items.
